2012 US Presidential aspirants, Incumbent BarackObama and Mitt Romney

Barely 24 hours to  an historic U.S Presidential Elections both Incumbent President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney have taken real time tours to swing states to press home their points on why they should be elected as President.

President Obama visited Colorado, New Hampshire, Florida and Iowa states which are key swing states to tell his supporters and undecided voters that his opponent Governor Mitt Romney was just doing a salesman job, repackaging the same old idea which cannot work now for America.

Governor Romney on his part touring Ohio, Virginia, Iowa, and Pennsylvania stressed  the need for Americans to have a rethink  if they want to follow leadership   of too much talk but less achievement or a meaningful change that will radically affect the U.S Political economic landscape.

As at Sunday’s last CNN national poll  the two candidates are tied at 48% a close race by political analysis and projections. But with  a concise and wide-ranged  analysis and survey of thinkers, historians, political pundits and pressure groups President is tipped to win.

At the state polls levels President Obama is leading Governor Romney  and would be a big upset if the tide turns to  the republican candidate on Tuesday.

Their Vice-Presidential candidates also went on their last rounnd of campaigns as Joe Biden of the Democrats described Goovernor Romney as ‘shameless’, while Paul Ryan for the Republicans said President Obama will compromise ‘America’s Judeo-Christian values’.

So  all is now set for the mother  of elections, and the world will be eagerly watching to see how the  major custodians of democracy will conduct themselves as they elect a new President.

As China Politically transits this week

It is not only the United States of America that will be experiencing power shift this week courtesy of elections, the Second largest economy in the world and the formidable Asian tiger ‘China’, will be experiencing a political transition two days after the big American elections.

The once in a decade political shift and change  will see President Hu Jintao transfer power to his long-term designated successor Xi Jinping a calm, warm but incisive politician.

In the build up to communist party congress the largest in the globe, there has been a lot of secrecy surrounding the future strategies and policy framework of the next president.

At least by campaign and debates in the United States we know the plans, intentions and strategies of either President Obama or Governor Mitt Romney if elected as President.

Xi Jinping the current Vice-president has not been visible several monthd to the congress , his calm, unassuming and warm approach in the preceding months to the congress has created lots of guesses from political experts.

China presently is at the point where it has to implement far-reaching reforms for its political economic system and its a key moment to strategic leadership, because the overly competitive globe needs very incisive leaders to make courageous and bold decisions.

So on November 8 after the  world has known the winner of the U.S Presidential elections, it will be goodbye Mr Hu Jintao and welcome on board Mr Xi Jinping.
