GTBank, Zenith Announce Meeting to Consider 2011 Financial Statements, Dividend Payments
GTBank has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank will meet on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 to consider the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2011.
The Board will discuss issues relating Dividend at the meeting.
In the same vein, Zenith Bank Plc. has notified The Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to meet on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 10.00 a.m. to deliberate on the Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 2011.
The Board will at the meeting consider amongst other things, the proposal for recommendation of dividend for shareholders approval at its’ next Annual General Meeting.
