    The fuel subsidy removal is the best thing to happen in Nigeria since the end of the Nigerian civil war – 1970. There will be no future for the young generation if we continue to export 100% crude oil and import 100% oil products and subsidize it. This singular action will also help bring some sanity to the society. The fuel subsidy is responsible for such weird behavior in the society as BOKO HARAM, KIDNAPING, MIRACLE WEALTH, LIFE & DEATH POLITICS, URBAN CONGESTION, etc

    Its the most stupid thing on the path of ferderal goverment,what will happen to the less previllage n the poor?they shld lead n gouerven nigeria with the fear of God.they steal n send ther childern overseas for studies,yes some people can not even eat one meal a day.this is wickedness of the highest order.

    The president lacks good advises! He should focus on our local refineries Than removing the fuel subsidy

    it is inhuman for the government to impose such hardship on us. at a time that the country is facing serious security challenge, they are provoking the masses which may lead to a serious revolt. the president should do something fast.

    As much as it would have been a great decision, it is totally wrong timing. In essence, Nigeria as a country is not ready for the removal of the subsidy because the amenities to cushion the effect are not in place and as a result would greatly affect the average Nigerian. If power supply was stable then that would be one thing taken care of and people would not even complain about the subsidy removal because they don’t have to think of how to fuel the generators. The government is removing the subsidy at a time they can’t even pay N18,000 minimum wage whereas, the subsidy removal would create what I will call all-round inflation! How then does the government want its people to survive?

    This government thrives on deception.It is unfortunate that GEJ government went ahead to implement the removal of subsidy at a time when consultations are still ongoing,bomb blast victims are mourning and
    people are celebrating a new year.
    It is callous and insensitive acts on the side of this directionless government.
    Please do the right thing. Repair the refineries and build more refineries.
    Repair all our roads and construct more roads.
    Stop the epileptic supply of electricity. Ensure that power supply is stable in the country.
    Paid living wage and see the general acceptance of subsidy removal by the people.

    THIS GOVERNMENT IS SINCERE IN ITS PLAN TO TRANSFORM NIGERIA, BUT BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE BLIND THEY ARE AGAINST THE POLICY OF REMOVING FUEL SUBSIDY. NLC, TUC, INCLUDING ALL THAT ARE AGAINST THIS POLICY DO NOT LOVE NIGERIA. NIGERIANS WANT TO REMAIN LAZY, WHEREAS OTHER SMALL AFRICAN COUNTRIES ARE OVERTAKING US.

    The fuel subsidy removal is causing a lot of havoc to Nigerians interms of security, economy and all days affairs we are not supporting it in that it should be reversed please. This is in human and it is not at it is right time

    Removal of Fuel Subsidy is good in order to starve the thiefs who enrich themselves through the mean but this decisoin is taken at the WRONG time. I expect the nation refineries to have been put in good condition before such move can take place. Even if each is producing at 60% of its capacity.

    This move can lead to the total colapse of PDP government.

    removal of fuel subsidy is okay,but there should be consideration towards the masses.we really need to be considerate because we are not the one to suffer this fuel subsidy of a thing instead the people in charge of importation of fuel should be the one to pay for it,because how sure that money given to them are really used to import fuel into the country.
