SAHCOL training school gets IATA training certification

Skyway Aviation Handling Company Limited (SAHCOL), an Aviation training institute,has been certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as its Authorized Training Centre (ATC).

Basil Agboarumi, Head, Corporate Communications for the company,
disclosed this in a press release he issued on behalf of the company. He had stated that with the latest development, SAHCOL has now joined the global partnership in human capital development for the aviation industry, in collaboration with IATA.

According to him, “The offer further entails that IATA recognizes and
approves of SAHCOL instructors and facility, which now offers Aviation
professional trainings and preparing participants for IATA examinations.

Basil highlights the details of courses to be offered in the training school to include; Ground Operations Management; Airport Ramp Services Introduction to Safety Management (SMS); Basic Ramp Safety and Aviation Security Awareness.

He further disclosed that, “SAHCOL also delivers training solutions on other aviation related courses that are prescribed in the ISAGO and IOSA standards.

“The training facility which is now open to the public who are interested in pursuing a career in Aviation is equipped with modern day training infrastructures,” Basil had maintained.
