FBN Microfinance Bank, a subsidiary of First Bank Nigeria Plc, has rewarded customers who have been part of the ‘My Daily Savings’ product.

The bank, in a statement made available to our correspondent on Tuesday, said prize, such as bags for scholars, rice, LCD TV, freezers, and a grand prize of tricycle, popularly known as Keke Marwa, were distributed.

The bank noted that the forum was an avenue to relate closely with customers and listen to their issues, while acquainting them with activities in the bank.

The Managing Director, FBN Microfinance Bank, Mrs. Pauline Nsa, added that the forum was equally used to discuss capacity building topics which included maintaining a healthy lifestyle, importance of savings culture, prompt loan repayment and group methodology.

“The ‘My Daily Savings Product’ allows customers to save money on a daily basis from the convenience of their homes or business premises through deposits with the bank’s staff, or using ‘First Monie’, a mobile money platform,” she said.

Nsa thanked the customers for their loyalty, and promised that the bank would enhance the prizes next year, noting that the bank would continue to listen to their requests and strive to make the customers happy.

FBN Microfinance Bank was set up in 2008 to provide financial services to the unbanked and under-banked.
