Zinox Boss Supports Nigerian Employees’ Digital Welfare Scheme

The Chairman of Zinox Group, Chief Leo Stan Ekeh has declared his support for the Nigerian Employees, Digital Welfare Scheme (NEDWS), which is expected to be launched in Abuja in December.

NEDWS is a program initiated by Buyright Africa, is an authentic digital lifestyle design that offers a suitable payment scheme on Information and Communications Technology equipment, home appliances and other lifestyle products.

According to Buyright Africa’s Media Consultant, Mr. Echika Ezuka, the Zinox boss would deliver a 45 minutes entrepreneurial speech at the inauguration of the scheme.

He said, “We have been able to secure the permission of the Publishers – May Five Media Limited for Ekeh to pick few critical points from the book titled ‘The Truth and Nothing but the Truth about Third World Entrepreneurs.’

“If time permits, he will re-classify true entrepreneurs in Africa and touch on creative subjects like entrepreneurs digging deeper, building miracle corporative and avoiding imperial fraud stars in the 21st century.”

Key special guests likely to grace the event and listen to Ekeh, he said, consist of the Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chief Chukwuemeka Wogu, Minister of Communications Technology, Mrs Omobola Johnson and the President, Nigeria Labour Congress, Abdul-Waheed Ibrahim Omar.

Ezuka said the meeting would get together permanent secretaries and chief executives of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies of government, president, and secretaries of different labour unions and co-operatives, and heads of Human Resources and administration of organisations.

Meanwhile, the  Managing Director,   Buyright Africa, Mr. Mukoro Emomine, who confirmed  Ekeh’s participation in the inauguration, explained that  “NEDWS would allow Nigerian employees in both the public and private sectors to buy ICT equipment like  computers, smart phones, printers, scanners , projectors , UPS with the convenience of paying over a period of six months at zero interest rate.”

He said the plan would also envelop home appliances like televisions, refrigerators, deep freezers, microwave, and generators.

The purpose of NEDWS and its partners, according to him, is to build financial and moral veracity in the Nigerian employee towards the growth of a viable credit based society.
