Dangote Leads Polls in Forbes Africa Person of the Year Award

Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest mand and leading industrialist is leading the polls in the Forbes Africa person of the year award with 14,977 votes or 39.8% of the total votes polled.
His closest competitor is Joyce Banda, the President of Malawi who has 12,174 votes and accounts for 32.4% of the total votes polled.
Dr. James Mwangi, CEO of Kenya’s Equity bank is third with 8,874 votes or 23.6% of total votes polled.
Tony Elumelu of Hiers Holding is second to last in the runnings with 1,549 votes or 4.1% of total votes polled.
In last place is Stephen Saad, the pharmaceuticals mogul with 52 votes or 0.1% of the total votes polled.
