Questions 1: There are site that sell SMS at #1 naira per SMS, don’t you think yours is too expensive?

 

I have once heard that ‘If something sounds too good to be true then it’s not true’ I will advise Nigerians to be careful about sites that offer SMS as low and 50kobo per SMS, what these sites do is that they bill you 4 units to one SMS. That means you are paying N2 naira per SMS.  Moreover tell me how it is possible for any SMS site in Nigeria to send SMS at less than N1 when Telecommunication companies are not selling it at N1.2?

 

Question 2: Beyond just bulk SMS what value added services do you provide to your clients?

 

We assist with databases of individuals across different states in Nigeria, for both emails and telephone contacts, at a cost-efficient price.

Business owners can use our platform to send SMS to their existing clients and use our email marketing tool to show their new products

Churches can use our Voice SMS service to send the Head Pastors daily message to members.

Question 3: What are the strengths your company has that separate it from the competition?

 

Our technology and customer service backbone is not something we trifle with. We relate to our clients like family and we feel what they feel. Our system is foolproof but whenever a client has issues, we are always there to receive their call with a warm smile and helpful information.

 

Beyond these, our major strength is that we are always looking for ways to make things better; we are not afraid of failing and we are willing to experiment and learn from mistakes.

We need partners period. Not just someone willing to drop money but people who have ideas. We also need people who can provide us with genuine databases, people who can develop applications, art directors and more.

Question 5: Please tell us more about your mobile application services?
