Ekiti State Partners JD Forbes on 1000 Unit Housing Estate

The Ekiti State government via Fountain Holdings, an investment management company is set to partner JD Forbes in the construction of a 1,000 unit housing estate in the state.

Fountain Holdings manages the investments of the southwestern State.

The joint venture will gulp $33 million and will build 200 units of duplex, 500 units of three-bedroom flats and 300 units of two-bedroom flats.

The project site is located close to the NNPC mega station along Iworoko road in Ado-Ekiti.

According to the MD of Fountain Holdings, Mr. Olusegun Osinkolu, the company is ready to make available the money after the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the state government.
