Love Bug Bites Deep Into Lagos Hotels as Valentine Approaches

By on February 6, 2012

A little bird (possibly Cupid’s) told us, Eko Hotel and Suites has the most delectable dinners in store for patrons visiting on February 14th.

If you don’t already have plans for Lovers day, consider heading to the heart of the Island as Eko Hotels Steak House has a N 12,500 per plate option open for discerning diners with sumptuous menu items such as red caviar, exotic goat cheese, jumbo prawns, chicken liver, lamb, fresh salmon and tempting desserts including a menu item known as “Everlasting bright future full of roses and a generous Kiss with an arrangement of strawberries heart cake.” – Interesting isn’t it?

But we also hear that one of the best locations in the city with an awesome view – Sky Restaurant is also out to ensure lovebirds have a serene and luxurious abode to nest with the menu starting at N 25,000 per plate, complete with course meals that include poached marinated prawn, diced avocado tomatoes and pineapple sorbet. Alternatives are Fillet of Sea Bass with mini Ravioli and butternut. Her taste buds will not recover for months especially when they throw in the grilled lamb loin, heart vegetables schezuan, including a dessert called Love Never Ends.

If that is not enough to pump you up for the 14th of February,  Four Points by Sheraton is also offering couples a Valentine’s day treat. Complete with spa treatment, breakfast and lodging starting at N 69,000 per night, maybe you want to indulge him or her.

There is also a buffett dinner, and a signature kissing booth that sounds like a lot of fun and the sort of thing needed to spice up your relationship.
