ETI Declares Bumper 3Q Earnings, Profits
EcoBank Transnational Incorporated has reported 3Q earnings of N 124 billion up 32% from the same period last year. Also Net profit increased by 55% over the same period last year to N 19 Billion. The financial institutions loan book has also increased with loans and advances up 13% to N 1.2 Trillion and short term borrowing up 93% to N 66 Billion.
The company increased its exposure to government securities by 17.4% to N 104 Billion. Likewise deposits grew 21% to N 1.6 trillion.
ETI shares were down at close of trading on Friday by 1.02% to close at N 11.68.
