NCR presents new ATM solutions to banking industry

NCR Nigeria recently organised a self-service innovation forum in Lagos for stakeholders of the financial industry.

During the event, financial institution participants as well as NCR resellers and industry players in the country were given the opportunity to hear more on the various NCR solutions. According to a statement by NCR, the solutions will enable them to develop a multi-channel strategy. They will also provide them with thought-provoking concepts for an effective, efficient and a more secure plan of operation in the management of ATMs.

The forum was graced by the company’s Chairman, Otunba Adekunle Ojora, NCR Africa’s Managing Director, Mr. Usama Elsayed, Ag. Managing Director- NCR- Nigeria, Mr. Olawale Sadiq-Onilenla, NCR Africa Direct, Mr. Magdi AbdelSayed, NCR-Service Sales Capture Manager, Saleem Zaman and NCR Nigeria’s Company Secretary, Mrs Olufunke Hussein.

Some of the cutting-edge NCR technological innovations in the ATM industry available to banks such as biometric ATM, cardless cash deposit ATM, FOREX ATM, ATM-ATM Money Transfer, Teller Cash Recycler, Kiosks, Solidcore and dispute management tools were showcased at the event.

Also, to address non-compliance issue with CBN’s guidelines on the operations of ATMs in the country, NCR demonstrated a suite of world class ATM security and dispute management solutions required by every bank to meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
